June Blogger Challenge: Day 4 — Crazy

Crazy

Today I feel crazy.
My mood has crashed, and I feel hopeless.
I'm not sure why.
I'm struggling not to cry.
I don't know how to reach out to anyone.
I feel as if I've failed — again.
That is crazy.
That is all.

By writing this blog post, I consider it you reaching out. What would help you feel less hopeless right now? Sometimes we have to allow ourselves tears and frustration...emotions are real and meant to be felt...and while they can be scary or unpleasant, they exist and recognizing them is worthwhile in some respect. Ignoring them would be worse. Hang in there and breathe. Take one hour at a time. You are not crazy in any negative sense of the word. For a reminder of some of the positive forms of crazy, check out my post on CRAZY today. Sending hugs to you.
