I don't understand. You never HAVE to be weighed, Angela. You can refuse any time! The only time you really need to do it is when it's being specifically checked for some reason or before surgery.You can say NO!
Scales are my nemesis also. I don't deal with them unless a doctor is present. You did good! I am proud of you! Go Team Angela!
